These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dokima.AI website, application, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Dokima.AI. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
02 The service
Dokima.AI is an AI-powered platform that automatically scores how well sales representatives apply a company's sales playbook during recorded meetings. The Service connects to your call-recording and telephony tools, analyses meeting content against the playbook you provide, and returns structured scoring and insights.
We may update, enhance, or modify features of the Service from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
03 Accounts & eligibility
To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the actions of any users you invite to your workspace.
- Notify us promptly at security@dokima.ai of any unauthorised use of your account.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including recording-consent and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
- Upload content you do not have the right to process, or process personal data of meeting participants without a valid legal basis.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.
05 Plans & billing
The Service is offered on free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except where required by law.

- We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
06 Your data & playbooks
You retain all rights to the content you upload, including your sales playbooks, recordings, transcripts, and meeting data ("Customer Data"). You grant Dokima.AI a limited licence to host, process, and analyse Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
We process Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. We do not sell your Customer Data.
07 Third-party integrations
The Service integrates with third-party tools such as call-recording platforms, CRMs, and messaging apps. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and may discontinue an integration if a provider changes or withdraws access.
08 Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and brand, is owned by Dokima.AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.
09 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Scoring and insights are generated by automated models and are intended as decision support, not as a substitute for human judgement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dokima.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Term & termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
